Who designs your products?

I design %100 of my products.

Are all of your products handmade?

I would say around 50% of products are handmade by me. The other 50% are made through a manufacturer. Each item's description will disclose if its handmade.

Do you sell in bulk?

Stickers

Are all your stickers waterproof?

Yes, Unless indicated in the item's description (planner stickers, sticker sheets) most of my stickers will are waterproof, however, they are not dishwasher safe!

Prints

Are your prints handmade?

Yes, I print all of them! Most of them come with a matte finish unless indicated otherwise.

Shipping and processing

where do you ship from?

I ship from Las Vegas, Nevada.

How long does it typically take for items to be processed and shipped out?

It takes me anywhere from a day or two two ship out items.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship pretty much everywhere.

How long does it take for my products to arrive?

It all depends, shipping for the USA takes between 2-7 days and international shipping will take anywhere between 1 week to a month give or take. It really comes down to how far away and each country's customs and regulations.

What happens if its been more than said window of time and my order hasn't arrived?

Please email me, I would be happy to help.

Do you provide a tracking number?

if you purchase stickers only I won't be able to provide you with a tracking number since I use postage stamps. If you purchase anything else or stickers combined with another product then yes, I will be able to provide you with a tracking number. 

What happens if my items come damaged?

While I strive and pride myself in packaging my products well and secure, from time to time packages will get damaged. This doesn't happen too often but if it does, contact me with the order details, I'd be happy to help!

What if I got the wrong order?

Contact me anytime so I can fix it ASAP. I will send your order right away!

Do you accept refunds?

Unfortunately I don't accept refunds. If the products come damaged, I can send you new ones or swap them out for something else.
